SOFTWARE AND MODS I USE

Here's a full list of software and mods I currently use to make GTA SA videos. At the end of the list there's also old programs I don't use anymore. Also for the record I've never used DYOM, and only used SA-MP for some scenes in a few videos, 99% of my stuff has been done with San an Studios. I'll add more things to the list if I remember.

Base game:
• GTA San Andreas 1.0

GTA SA Mods I always have on:
• ASI Loader (essential mod for loading ASI scripts and enabling CLEO)
• CLEO 4 (mod for loading CLEO plugins)
• Mod Loader (With this mod you don't have to use IMG Tools to install mods anymore, goodbye to all that annoying stuff)
• StreamMemoryFix2.2 (For fixing texture streaming problems with GTA SA 1.0)
• Shadows.asi (Shadows for low end PCs)
• FastLoader.asi (Removes intro and loading times)
• New Graphic Enhancement (timecyc.dat mod)
• ENB Series (mostly for water/car reflections)

Directing:
• San Andreas Studios 4 (Essential mod. This mod was made by ceedj, aka PawfectFilms, specifically for making GTA SA videos and has a lot of features. Can be very hard to use if you're new. Also please note that CLEO clashes with this mod and makes the San An Studios user interface disappear, so if you don't know the functions on the keyboard by memory, you won't know what to do. This combination is only recommended for experts)
• CamHunt (Cleo mod for moving the camera)

Recording:
• Bandicam 4 (YV12 codec)

Video Editing:
• Vegas Pro 14
• HandBrake (for compression)
• UT Video Codec Suite (I render Vegas Pro videos with this codec)
• xMedia Recode

Audio Editing:
• Mixcraft
• Audacity

Image editing:
• Adobe Photoshop CS6 (mostly for editing GTA SA textures)

3D Modelling:
• Autodesk 3DS Max 2009

GTA SA Tools:
• SA Advanced Controller (I use an Xbox 360 controller in game)
• Map Editor (Essential tool if you want to make custom maps for GTA SA. For example, I made the ghost town from Curse of the Killer Clowns with this)
• SA-MP Map Editor (I use it sometimes as render times are much faster and it's easier to look around the map)
• TXD Workshop
• Car Spawner
• San Andreas Teleporter
• Alci's IMG Editor
• Animation Manager

OLD PROGRAMS I USED IN THE PAST:
• ZD Soft Screen Recorder (Used it in 2007 for my first 4 videos)
• GameCam (2007 to 2008, made all my classic horror videos with this)
• San Andreas Studios 3 (Used it from 2007 to 2009)
• SaCamHack 1.5 (Used it from 2008 to 2019. Stopped using it after installing Windows 10, because CamHack has issues with it)
• Fraps (2009 to 2011)
• SA-MP (I started playing SA-MP in 2009 I think, played until 2014 or 2015. Mostly played Cops and Robbers and Protect the President. I used the xMovie server to film some scenes)
• Windows Movie Maker (2007 to 2008)
• IMGTool 2.0 (Used it from 2007 to 2019. Stopped using it when I discovered Mod loader)
• Sony Vegas 11 to 13 (Used from 2010 to 2019)
• Sony Vegas Movie Studio (Used it only a few times around 2014)
• ACID Pro 7 (Used it for Audio editing from 2007 to 2018)
• Adobe Photoshop CS3 (from 2011 to 2018)
• ZModeller (Used it only once)
• IMG Manager 2.0 (Used it a few times around 2014-2017)
