This is a section for unfinished, cancelled and unreleased projects.
1. DEVIL’S NIGHT (2010): The Halloween Special that never was.
I feel like this dead project needs a long explanation because of its importance.
THE STORY
Devil’s Night was going to be the first “advanced” GTA machinima I made.
By advanced I mean using voice actors, high definition video, a full
script, special effects, etc all for the first time. Back in the day,
many of my subscribers were demanding that I use voice acting in my
videos, saying that text was outdated and a thing from the past. I
thought the same and wanted to step up my game. For this I had contacted
TheIronHayden and Tori Kamal, two notable machinima voice actors back
in the day, and my friend Jshaw71 to voice the 3 main characters. Other
collaborators included Winddirk, who served as an actor in SA-MP, and
Mac10carbine, who provided some skins for the movie characters and
Shanzikull and Patric Whitstone who did some extra voices.
Devil’s Night was born out of an idea to make a GTA Halloween Special in 2010, which would include this video and another machinima called Amputation Theory (you can read about it below). The writer and collaborator was my friend Herr Schadenfraude (aka LivingDeadVideos), who also wrote Divine Intervention, and a couple of other scripts that never saw the light. The plot was about a group of maniacs who escape from a mental asylum and go on a killing spree. Devil’s Night was darker, more serious and mature than any machinima I had previously made, and would represent a kind of “before and after” in my GTA horror videos.
The first and main of my problems was just my inexperience with all this new stuff I was trying. I had to learn a lot of programs and techniques that required a lot of time and patience. Hell, I was still learning to use San An Studios 4 which had been released some months earlier. The second problem was the map mod. I needed a map that resembled a mental asylum, so I went with the Alcatraz prison mod on GTAGarage. Unfortunately that mod is hella buggy and it often crashed the game when I started shooting scenes. The third problem was me being so intrusive with the script. LivingDeadVideo’s was perfectly written but I kept thinking some parts were too hard to understand or too serious, so I kept modifying scenes, adding and removing parts and trying to “casualize” the script. I was still too young to realize my mistake.
There were two versions of Devil’s Night, one planned and made in 2010 (about half done or so), and the other made in 2012 (Almost finished) Both versions died from the same reason. First, my old computer died in 2010 (RIP), and I lost a lot of important data including machinima footage, I didn’t get a new computer until early 2011. Then, my hard drive broke in 2012 and the same data loss occurred. This is why I didn’t upload any videos during 2011 and 2012.
I’d like to add that I wasn’t satisfied with the first version of Devil’s Night in 2010. Like I’ve said, I was pretty inexperienced and definitely not ready to do the type of machinima I wanted to make. The second version was much better done. It’s a shame that my hard drive died right at the end. If I recall correctly, all there was left to do was correct a couple of scenes, render the video and upload it to Youtube. Some of you might have seen the ending of Devil’s Night in the GTA Lost Tapes compilation. That was from the 2012 version and that clip survived because I had used it for a WebM codec test.
CONCLUSION: THE FUTURE
Like I said, this dead project deserved a long explanation because in a
way it symbolizes the decline of the GTA SA machinima community. During
those years I was inactive 2011-2013, many of the old GTA guys quit and
much talent was lost, makes me regret taking such a long hiatus. About
the future of Devil’s Night… while I’d like to remake/reboot it in some
moment, first I would have to find the original script (without any
parts edited by me) and ALL the voice files. Anyways, I hope this was
interesting to read.

2. AMPUTATION THEORY (2013): UFOs and cults
![GTA - The Lost Tapes - Nostalgia Edition.avi_snapshot_21.21_[2018.02.13_20.29.21]](https://eproductionsnews.files.wordpress.com/2018/02/gta-the-lost-tapes-nostalgia-edition-avi_snapshot_21-21_2018-02-13_20-29-21.jpg?w=1024&h=576)
STORY
Like I’ve said above, the GTA 2010 Halloween Special was going
to include 2 movies, Devil’s Night and Amputation Theory. The second
movie was a mystery/horror machinima about a detective investigating a
bizarre case in the desert involving some mysterious deaths and an alien
cult. The reason Amputation Theory wasn’t made in 2010 is the same
reason why Devil’s Night failed. Computer died, footage was lost, etc.
I decided to make the video in 2013, right after I had finished Divine Intervention. Amputation Theory was finally cancelled when two voice actors dropped out of the project and I was unable to replace them. Only a few scenes were made, one part was included in the Lost Tapes compilation.
STATUS
Cancelled. Likely to be remade at some moment.
CAST
Morgenstern Productions as The Sheriff
Troy Malcolm as The Deputy
3. TERROR IN THE MIND OF GOD (2015): A zombie epic
![Credits test.mp4_snapshot_00.19_[2018.02.15_00.37.18]](https://eproductionsnews.files.wordpress.com/2018/02/credits-test-mp4_snapshot_00-19_2018-02-15_00-37-18.jpg?w=1024&h=576)
STORY
Terror in the Mind of God was intended to be the biggest, most
epic GTA SA zombie movie ever done. It started as an idea for a sequel
to Divine Intervention (written by LivingDeadVideos too) but it
transformed into something larger.
Years after the zombie apocalypse, a group of survivors living in the
woods set on a journey to find a mountain where a safe haven is rumored
to be. Unfortunately, Terror in the Mind of God is indefinitely on
halt. I cannot do anything until a script is finished, and the situation
doesn’t look good since I haven’t talked to LivingDeadVideos in years.
My personal ideas for this machinima will be used for another zombie
movie I’ve been planning, The Fall.
STATUS
Cancelled. Probably not going to be made.
4. EXO-01 (2015): GTA horror in space
Above: An old screen test for EXO-01 from 2012
STORY
A cargo ship on a mission to supply a recently founded human colony in a
planet far from regulated space, however soon their journey turns into a
fight for survival against a mysterious alien entity. EXO-01 is
something I’ve been wanting to make since about 2012. But a GTA
machinima in space requires a lot of modding, extensive use of green
screen and tons of editing. Something I wasn’t prepared to make until
recently. The name of the movie was inspired by Exos01, an old GTA
youtuber who isn’t active anymore. Parts of the script were written
during 2012 but lost with my old HDD, so I still have to write the
entire script and figure out how I’m going to shoot certain scenes. I’m
not sure when EXO-01 will be made but probably not anytime soon.
STATUS
On halt. Script is still being written.
5. Cannibal Corpses (2013): Old school zombies
STORY
Cannibal Corpses was yet another project written by
LivingDeadVideos that never saw the light. A few scenes were recorded in
2012 or 2013, but the movie was cancelled. I don’t remember the exact
reason it was cancelled, but either I couldn’t find voice actors or I
abandoned it to finish the Divine Intervention movie. In Cannibal
Corpses, a TV news team is trying to deliver a report about a zombie
outbreak to Los Santos, but they get stuck in a little town in the
countryside where soldiers, zombies and rednecks are all fighting each
other. The movie style combined old school italian zombie movies with
death metal and action scenes (Hence the title). Good thing is that I
still have most of LivingDeadVideo’s scripts saved in my computer.
STATUS
Cancelled. Not likely to be remade yet.
6. MGS – Operation Meltdown (2010): Snake in San Andreas
STORY
MGS Operation Meltdown was an unfinished machinima based on the
Metal Gear Solid videogames. The plot (or what I remember) was centered
around Snake trying to stop a terrorist group that hijacked a nuclear
weapon and is threatening to launch it on the population of San Andreas.
Only part 1 was made and uploaded to Youtube, it was later taken down
by me, because I wasn’t really going to finish the movie. Unfortunately I
lost the video file of part 1 years ago and no copies of it exist, it’s
completely lost now.
STATUS
Cancelled and lost.
[This page is under construction, I’ll be adding more dead projects later]

What else do you know about any cancelled projects?
